TYF accepts payment by PayPal.
We normally only ship within North America. (Please contact us to arrange outside North America shipment). After the payment been verified in Paypal account, shipments are normally made within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.
- At TYF-USA.COM we only process orders during business days, which is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.
- Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.
30- Day Return Policy
Non-functional items will be replaced, normally within 30 days, with equivalent items. Buyer pays return shipping costs and TYF covers shipping costs of replacement items. Unused items maybe also be returned within 30 days with a 25% restocking charge and are subject to functional test. Returns request should be sent to TYF-USA email address for email return authorization before return, full refund will be made after TYF-USA verify the responsibility of the failure. Returned item need to be in unused condition including all original content that was shipped. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if it fails to qualify within our guidelines set forth by our policies.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped by USPS and accompanied by a flat handing fee charge of $2.99.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use products in accordance with all applicable laws in their respective regions. TYF-USA.COM cannot be held responsible for the buyer’s use of any item purchased that may be in violation of any applicable laws.
